About Me

This work was born from my own journey back to stillness. I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed, disconnected, and quietly longing for something more – and I know what it takes to come home to yourself again.

My Why

I didn't come to this work because everything was easy. I came because I was exhausted, disconnected, and searching for something I couldn't quite name – and yoga was the first thing that brought me back to myself.

I started sharing these practices because I kept meeting people who felt the same way. Overwhelmed, a little lost, and longing for something slower. This space is my answer to that longing.
