My Approach & Values
-

The Mind
Thoughts, stress, and nervous system patterns shape how the body holds tension; my work helps unwind that load and allow people to become aware of those patterns, soften, and reconnect with themselves.
-

The Body
I meet the physical body with slow, attuned touch and gentle movement, working with pain, tension, and fatigue in ways that help the body soften, reorganize, and find steadiness again.
-

The Breath
The breath is like a remote control for the nervous system, often the first tool I use to help careseekers tap into their awareness, soften their system, and begin to tend to themselves from within.
-

The Heart
Compassion, safety, intuition, and emotional care mean creating a space where people feel held, honored, and deeply listened to, so their body and nervous system can soften into genuine self‑connection.
I came into massage therapy and yoga therapy through a deep noticing: people long for connection, touch, and to be seen without having to perform. Massage became a way to offer that presence, and yoga therapy grew from my desire to give people the tools to inhabit themselves again. I’m drawn to the places where people feel tender, overwhelmed, or disconnected, and I want them to know that the body is the doorway back to steadiness, compassion, and truth.
I’m not just a practitioner. I’m someone who has spent decades learning to listen with my hands, my presence, and my intuition. In my space, people often feel held and seen without feeling exposed. My care is slow, attuned, and rooted in the lived experience of each careseeker. It’s care that empowers, care that helps people find safety within themselves so they can exhale, soften, feel, and reconnect with their own healing.
If you’re not sure where to start, connect with me and we’ll talk through what makes sense.
