Less regulating and more tending -
Massage for people who need to exhale
You are ready,
you just don’t know where to start
When you come in for a massage, I want you to know this time is yours. You don't have to show up feeling a certain way, know exactly what you need, or have all the right words to explain what's going on.
We'll talk about what's happening in your body and what you'd like to focus on. Some days that means working through stubborn areas of tension. Other days, a gentler approach makes more sense. We'll figure that out together.
My job isn't to fix you. It's to work with you.
I want you to feel comfortable speaking up, asking questions, and telling me what feels good and what doesn't.
This is your body, after all, and you get a say in how we care for her.
This is what’s waiting for you
Growth happens
with consistency, community, and care.
You've done your best to manage.
You've stretched, rested, adapted, and carried on, hoping things would eventually settle.
But when tension, pain, fatigue, or stress continue to return, your body may be asking for more than coping. Your body may be asking for care, support, and the opportunity to feel at ease again.
If your body has been getting louder, she isn't failing you.
She’s asking to be heard.
Meet Lisa
LMT, Trauma Informed and Healing Centered
I came to massage therapy because I believe in the magic and wisdom of our bodies, and the power of touch to help us reconnect with them.
So many of us carry pain, tension, stress, and exhaustion like it's just part of life. We push through, ignore the little signals, and wait until our bodies are practically screaming before we pay attention. Somewhere along the way, we start treating our bodies like they're working against us.
I believe there's a better way.
Massage therapy gives us a chance to slow down and listen. Sometimes your body needs focused work on stubborn tension. Other times, she needs gentle touch and a chance to let go. That's why I don't believe in cookie-cutter massage. We talk about what's going on and figure out what makes sense together.
My hope is that you feel comfortable, cared for, and free to just be. No apologizing for being tense, feeling guilty for taking time for yourself, or toughing it out through pressure that doesn't feel right. More pressure doesn't always mean better results.
My approach is intuitive, thoughtful, and grounded in working with your body, not against her. I listen, ask questions, and adjust as we go.
Your body does a whole lot for you. She deserves care before something hurts, too.
It's about listening, finding what helps, and making that care a part of your life.

If you're unsure which service is right for you, don't worry. You don't need to have it all figured out before booking. Choose the session length that feels right, and we'll discuss your goals, concerns, and preferences before we begin so your treatment can be tailored to your needs.

I offer massage that includes focused work for areas of persistent tension and discomfort when appropriate. Rather than using force, I work with your body and nervous system to encourage lasting change. Many clients find that slower, more attuned pressure can be just as effective as deeper work.

Massage is a valuable part of supporting people living with chronic pain, ongoing stress, fatigue, and tension. While it is not a cure for every condition, it can help promote relaxation, improve body awareness, support recovery, and encourage nervous system regulation. Together, these changes can contribute to greater comfort and well-being over time.
-
Your first appointment begins with a conversation about your health history, current concerns, goals, and preferences. This gives us an opportunity to create a plan that feels supportive and appropriate for you. After your session, we'll take a few moments to discuss any recommendations and next steps.
-
Yes. New clients are asked to complete an intake form before their first appointment so I can better understand your health history and treatment goals. This information helps ensure your session is safe, personalized, and effective.

Wear whatever feels comfortable to you. You can undress to your level of comfort for the hands-on portion of the session, and professional draping is always used. There's nothing special you need to bring, though arriving a few minutes early can help you settle in.
-
The best schedule depends on your goals, symptoms, and lifestyle. Some clients benefit from more frequent sessions initially, while others choose monthly maintenance appointments. We can discuss a plan that feels realistic and supportive for your needs.
-
It's completely normal to feel nervous, especially if this is your first massage. You're welcome to ask questions, share concerns, and communicate your preferences at any time. My goal is to create a comfortable, respectful space where you feel safe, informed, and supported.
-
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows the space to be offered to another client who may be waiting for care. Missed appointments or late cancellations will be subject to a fee.

Yes. Gift cards are available for purchase and can be used toward massage services. They make a thoughtful gift for anyone who could benefit from rest, support, and time to care for themselves.
Ready for a different kind of support?
Pain, tension, fatigue, and stress are not things you simply have to live with. If your body is asking for support, massage can offer a place to pause, listen, and begin returning to greater ease.
