Wild Sage Studio offers massage therapy, Sattva Yoga Therapy, classes, workshops, wellness practices, gift cards, and educational wellness resources.

2. Appointments and Scheduling
Appointments are scheduled through Acuity Scheduling or arranged directly with Lisa, depending on the service.
When booking, please provide accurate contact information and complete any required intake forms before your appointment.
Appointment confirmations and reminders may be sent electronically. Please review your confirmation carefully to ensure your appointment details are correct.
All appointments are subject to availability.
3. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Missed Appointments
We understand that life happens and plans sometimes change.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide as much notice as possible and follow the cancellation policy provided during booking.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid affecting the next client's appointment.
Missed appointments and late cancellations may be subject to the policies disclosed at the time of booking.
4. Health Information and Client Responsibility
Your comfort and well-being are important.
Before receiving services, clients may be asked to complete health history forms, disclose relevant medical conditions, and provide information that could affect their session.
Please inform Lisa of changes in your health, medications, injuries, pregnancy status, or other concerns that may affect your care.
Wild Sage Studio may recommend modifying, postponing, or declining a service when appropriate for client safety or when a service falls outside the practitioner's professional scope.
Massage therapy, yoga therapy, and wellness practices are not substitutes for medical diagnosis, emergency treatment, or other medical care when needed.
Any separate informed consent, intake agreement, or professional disclosure provided before a service also applies.
5. Payments and Purchases
Prices are displayed when booking appointments or purchasing services and products.
Wild Sage Studio uses the following payment processing services:
Square, through Acuity Scheduling: Processes payments associated with appointments booked through Acuity.
Squarespace Payments: Processes purchases made through the Wild Sage Studio online shop, including gift cards and digital products.
Depending on the service, payment may be collected when booking or at the time of the appointment.
Any applicable taxes, fees, or payment requirements will be presented during checkout.
6. Gift Cards
Wild Sage Studio gift cards can be used toward any service or offering available through Wild Sage Studio, including appointments, classes, workshops, and eligible products.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
Gift cards are subject to applicable expiration and consumer protection laws. Any additional terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

7. Classes and Workshops
Classes and workshops may have specific registration requirements, participant limits, cancellation policies, and payment terms.

Some classes taught by Lisa take place at independent studios, including Wispy Pine.
When booking through an external studio, that studio manages its own scheduling, payments, cancellations, refunds, and related policies. Please review those terms before registering.
8. Digital Downloads and Free Resources
Wild Sage Studio offers free and paid digital resources, which may include guided audio practices, worksheets, educational guides, and other wellness materials.
These resources are intended for personal education and general well-being.
Unless otherwise stated, downloads are provided for individual, personal, noncommercial use. They may not be reproduced, resold, redistributed, or used commercially without written permission.
Digital materials are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.
Please use your judgment when participating in wellness practices and consult an appropriate healthcare professional when needed.
9. Refunds
Paid Digital Downloads
All sales of paid digital downloads are final and nonrefundable, except where required by law.
Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you experience a technical problem accessing a purchased download, contact Wild Sage Studio for assistance.
Appointments, Classes, and Workshops
Cancellation and refund eligibility for appointments, classes, and workshops will follow the policies disclosed at the time of booking or registration.
Gift Cards
