pain is a signal, Not a weakness
Pain, fatigue, stress, tension, and overwhelm are all signals from the body asking for support. Massage and yoga therapy help you slow down enough to hear those signals with clarity instead of pushing past them. Through gentle touch, breath, and therapeutic movement, your nervous system learns to settle, soften, and find steadiness again.
About Me
I’m a massage therapist and yoga therapist. My work weaves clinical knowledge, intuitive touch, and embodied practices into one steady, compassionate approach to healing.
Working with people and their nervous systems is my jam!
I love to sit with people as they learn to partner with their body and learn to tend to themselves with fierce compassion and radical care.

My Why
I do this work because…
I believe in the magic and wisdom of our bodies.
I believe that when one of us heals, we all heal. Healing ripples outward.
I believe just about anything is medicine - movement, food, connection, laughter, grief.
I believe healing happens in relationship. When we show up together, listen deeply, and tend to what the body is asking for healing happens.
I believe that healing is a practice we return to again and again.
