Historical client records from MassageBook are securely maintained through our Google Workspace environment.
Please do not include medical histories, medications, diagnoses, or other sensitive health information in our general website contact form. Health information should be submitted through our designated secure intake process.
4. Scheduling and Communications
Appointment scheduling and related communications are managed through Acuity Scheduling.
When you book an appointment, you may receive confirmation emails, reminders, intake instructions, and other appointment-related messages.
We use Google Workspace for business email and administrative functions. Appointment information may also be managed through our configured calendar systems.
5. Payments and Purchases
Wild Sage Studio uses different payment services depending on how you make a purchase:
Square, through Acuity Scheduling: Processes payments associated with appointments booked through Acuity.
Squarespace Payments: Processes purchases made through the Wild Sage Studio online shop, including eligible products and gift cards.
Payment information is handled by the applicable payment provider. Wild Sage Studio receives transaction information needed to manage purchases, payments, refunds, and business records.
We do not independently store complete payment card numbers through our website.

Acuity Scheduling: Appointment scheduling, client intake forms, and appointment communications.
