Yoga therapy
Gentle, personalized practices to help you come home to yourself slowly, safely, and with compassion
You’re not doing it wrong,
You’ve been doing it without support.
People often come in thinking they’re the problem; that they should be able to handle everything on their own, stay consistent, keep it all together, or somehow be further along by now. But what they’ve really been doing is trying to navigate stress, overwhelm, and disconnection without enough support, without continuity, and without a steady presence to help their nervous system feel safe enough to shift. You deserve a gentler, supported path forward.
Sattva Yoga Therapy offers something an app, a single class, or a general routine can’t:
An attuned relationship with someone who understands your nervous
system and tailors each session to what your body actually needs in that moment.
It’s hard to stay consistent on your own when you’re guessing what practice to do, pushing past your capacity, or feeling like you’re “failing” every time life gets overwhelming. What would it feel like to receive real-time guidance, compassionate accountability, and practices chosen specifically for your capacity, your lived experience, and your pace?
Apps give you content. Classes give you choreography.
This work gives you connection, continuity, and a healing presence
that helps your nervous system feel safe enough to change.
This is what’s waiting for you
You are ready, Let’s make a plan
You might feel tired, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure where to begin and that’s exactly why this work exists.
I want you to know:
You don’t have to push through alone anymore.
There’s a calm, steady space waiting for you where your body can soften, your nervous system can settle, and you can finally feel supported enough to start healing in a way that actually meets you.

I came to Sattva Yoga Therapy because I believe in the magic and wisdom of our bodies.
So many people are trying to heal, regulate, reconnect, and “do the work,” but they’re doing it mostly alone. They’re trying to think their way through stress, push past overwhelm, and blame themselves when they can’t stay consistent. Somewhere along the way, the body gets treated like the problem instead of part of the path back. I wanted to offer something gentler than that.
In yoga therapy, we bring the body back into the conversation. We slow down, we listen, we notice what is actually happening, not what we think “should” be happening. Then we work with what’s real - using movement, breath, rest, somatic awareness, and nervous system practices that fit your capacity.
This is one-on-one support, which means it is not about keeping up, performing, or doing yoga “right.” Bodies are not machines and healing is not a group project with a deadline.
My hope is that you feel safe, seen, and unhurried. I want you to feel held, not pushed. Supported, not judged. Like your body is allowed to show up exactly as she is.
My approach is slow, collaborative, and deeply attuned. We build practices that support your life, your body, your pace, and your actual nervous system - not the imaginary version of you who has unlimited time, energy, and emotional bandwidth.
Nothing we do is about doing more just for the sake of doing more. It’s about finding what actually helps.
